Lake Country SDO Black Finishing | Finishing Polishing Pad (89/80 mm)

Lake Country SDO
Black Finishing Pad 89 mm

Reliable and durable pads for orbital polishers

SDO (Standard Duty Orbital) pads are designed to provide high-quality foam. They are suitable for all orbital DA polishers with a ventilated central backing plate. Thanks to the central hole, heat is dissipated and diffused from the foam, which reduces the surface temperature and minimizes the risk of paint damage.

You can find LC SDO pads in 3 different hardnesses and 2 sizes:

• SDO Blue Heavy Polishing - Hard pad in sizes 140 mm and 89 mm
• SDO Orange Polishing - Medium/one-step pad in sizes 140 mm and 89 mm
• SDO Black Finishing - Finishing pad in sizes 140 mm and 89 mm

• 140 mm pads fit 125 mm backing plates.
• 89 mm pads fit 75-80 mm backing plates.

Advantages of SDO pads:

• Tapered edge
  • Prevents pad rolling and ensures excellent pad rotation. Great for polishing curved and contoured panels and allows for precise work in tight spaces.
• Ventilated cooling chamber in the center
  • It dissipates heat from the center of the pad, which reduces temperature and extends pad life. This system also facilitates perfect centering of the pad.
• Conclusion?
  • SDO polishing pads provide maximum efficiency and reliability during polishing, even on complex surfaces and during long work intervals.
