1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and a natural person – a consumer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer") when concluding a purchase contract via the online store on the website www.detail-store.cz.

1.2. These terms and conditions apply only to consumers. The regime according to the Civil Code shall apply to entrepreneurs unless stated otherwise.

1.3. Provisions deviating from these terms and conditions may be agreed upon individually in the purchase contract.

1.4. Both the purchase contract and the terms and conditions are concluded in the Czech language.

1.5. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Contracts already concluded shall be subject to the version valid at the time of their conclusion.

2. USER ACCOUNT

2.1. The buyer may order goods with or without registration.

2.2. The buyer is obliged to provide truthful and current information.

2.3. Account access is secured by a password. The buyer is obliged to protect their login details.

2.4. The seller may cancel the account in case of a breach of terms or long-term inactivity.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

3.1. All presentation of goods is informative and is not a proposal for the conclusion of a contract.

3.2. The buyer places an order via the order form.

3.3. Before submitting the order, the buyer has the opportunity to check and adjust the details.

3.4. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions.

3.5. The contract is formed by the seller's confirmation of the order.

3.6. The seller reserves the right to reject an order (e.g., unavailability of goods, an obvious error in price).

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Prices are stated including VAT and all fees.

4.2. The buyer can pay by:

bank transfer
online card payment
cash on delivery
third-party services (e.g., SkipPay, Twisto, etc.)

4.3. Shipping costs are stated during the order process.

4.4. The tax document is sent electronically.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

5.2. The buyer is obliged to take delivery of the goods.

5.3. Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check the shipment.

5.4. If the buyer fails to take delivery of the shipment without cause, the seller may demand reimbursement of costs.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

6.2. Withdrawal can be sent by email or by using the return link.

6.3. The buyer shall return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.

6.4. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

6.5. The seller shall refund the funds no later than 14 days from withdrawal. The seller is not obliged to refund the funds before receiving the goods or before the buyer proves that they have sent the goods back.

6.6. The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods due to improper handling.

6.7. Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for:

custom-made goods
hygienically sealed goods once unsealed
perishable goods

7. RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINTS)

7.1. The seller is liable for ensuring that the goods have no defects upon receipt.

7.2. If a defect manifests within 12 months of receipt, it is deemed to have already existed upon receipt.

7.3. The buyer may lodge a complaint within 24 months of receipt.

7.4. In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to:

repair
replacement

7.5. If repair or replacement is not possible, the buyer has the right to:

an appropriate discount
withdrawal from the contract

7.6. Complaints can be lodged via email or in person.

7.7. Complaints will be processed within 30 days.

8. REVIEWS

8.1. Reviews on the e-shop come from customers who have made a purchase.

8.2. Ratings are only possible after an order has been created.

9. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the seller and the consumer from a purchase contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may file a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute with the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity, which is:

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

10.1. Personal data processing is governed by a separate document (GDPR).

11. COOKIES

11.1. The website uses cookies.

11.2. Cookies are stored only based on user consent via the cookie banner.

11.3. Details are provided in a separate document.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

12.1. Contractual relations are governed by Czech law.

12.2. If any provision is invalid, the others remain in force.

12.3. The contract is archived in electronic form.

13. ENTREPRENEURS (B2B)

13.1. If the buyer provides their Company ID (IČO) when ordering, they are considered an entrepreneur/legal entity.

13.2. The following provisions do not apply to entrepreneurs:

withdrawal from the contract within 14 days
consumer protection according to special regulations

13.3. Liability for defects is governed by the Civil Code:

the buyer is obliged to check the goods without undue delay
defects must be pointed out without undue delay

13.4. The seller is not liable for:

lost profits
indirect damages

13.5. A warranty for entrepreneurs is not provided unless stated otherwise.
