• We have the goods physically in stock, and orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery to the customer usually takes 2-4 business days from ordering, depending on the chosen carrier.

External warehouse (dispatched within 48 hours)

• The goods are available in an external warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after the order date.
• Expected delivery to the customer is usually within 3-4 business days.

External warehouse (dispatched within 72 hours)

• The goods are available in an external warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after the order date.
• Expected delivery to the customer is usually within 4-5 business days.

Supplier (dispatched within 3-5 days)

• The goods are available from the supplier. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days, in exceptional cases no later than 5 business days from ordering.
• Expected delivery to the customer is usually within 4-7 business days.

For these goods, availability must be verified before ordering by email or phone.
