You can pay for your order in several ways. Choose the option that suits you best.

1. BANK TRANSFER (QR CODE)

If you choose bank transfer, upon completion of your order, we will immediately send you payment details including all necessary information for payment.

Payment is usually credited to our account instantly or by the next business day at the latest.

We reserve the goods for 3 days from the creation of the order. If the order is not paid within this period, it may be automatically cancelled.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY

You can also pay for ordered goods cash on delivery when receiving the package.

This service is surcharged due to additional costs charged by carriers for mediating cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery can only be used with Balíkovna carrier.

Cash on delivery price:

• + 30 CZK (Balíkovna - pick-up points); + 40 CZK (Balíkovna to address)

Cash on delivery can be paid for with most carriers in cash or by card directly upon receipt of the package.

3. ONLINE CARD PAYMENT via Shopify Payments

Online card payments are processed by the Shopify Payments (Stripe) payment gateway.

Through the Shopify Payments gateway, you can securely pay using:

• payment cards Visa, Maestro and Mastercard

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay
