Order payment

You can pay for your order with us in several ways. Choose the option that suits you best.

1. BANK TRANSFER (QR CODE)

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the payment details, including all necessary information for payment, immediately after you complete your order.

The payment is usually credited to our account immediately or by the next business day at the latest.

We reserve goods for 3 days from the creation of the order. If the order is not paid within this period, it may be automatically cancelled.

Payment details for CZK payments:

Variable symbol: last 4 digits of the order number

2. CASH ON DELIVERY

You can also pay for the ordered goods by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.

This service is subject to a fee due to the additional costs charged by carriers for processing cash on delivery payments.

Cash on delivery can only be used with the Balíkovna carrier.

Cash on delivery fee:

• + 30 CZK (Balíkovna - pick-up points); + 40 CZK (Balíkovna to address)

With most carriers, cash on delivery can be paid by cash or card directly upon receipt of the shipment.

3. ONLINE CARD PAYMENT VIA Shopify Payments

Online card payment is provided by the Shopify Payments (Stripe) payment gateway.

Through the Shopify Payments gateway, you can securely pay using:

• Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard payment cards

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay
