You can pay for your order in several ways. Choose the option that suits you best.

1. BANK TRANSFER (QR CODE)

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, after completing your order, we will immediately send you payment details, including all necessary information for the payment.

Payment is usually credited to our account instantly or by the next business day at the latest.

We reserve the goods for 3 days from the creation of the order. If the order is not paid within this period, it may be automatically canceled.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY

You can also pay for ordered goods by cash on delivery when you receive the package.

This service is subject to a fee due to additional costs charged by carriers for mediating cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery price:

• + CZK 40 for orders up to CZK 5,000

• + CZK 65 for orders from CZK 5,000 to CZK 10,000

• For orders over CZK 10,000, we do not send goods cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by card directly upon receipt of the package with most carriers.

3. ONLINE CARD PAYMENT VIA COMGATE

Online card payments are handled by the Comgate payment gateway.

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• deferred payments SkipPay, PlatímPak and Twisto

SECURITY OF ONLINE PAYMENTS

All sensitive payment data is entered directly into the secure environment of the Comgate payment gateway. This data does not reach our system or any other unauthorized third parties.

Card payments are secured by the 3D Secure standard. Depending on your bank's settings, payment may be confirmed, for example, by an SMS code or authorization in the banking application.

HOW PAYMENT VIA COMGATE WORKS

1. Choose your goods and add them to the cart.

2. In the order, choose the payment method online card.

3. After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the Comgate payment gateway.

4. Complete the payment using the chosen method.

5. After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to the e-shop.

Payment is usually confirmed immediately, and we proceed with processing the order without unnecessary delay.

If you prefer to pay later, you can use deferred payment services:

• PlatímPak

These services allow you to buy now and pay later according to the terms of the specific provider.
