How does our loyalty program work?

Our system has several levels, which you reach automatically based on your turnover.

VIP price list – discount immediately after logging in

You get a 5-10% discount automatically after registration.
The discount applies to the entire assortment except for digital products.
No need to worry about anything – the discount is assigned to you automatically.
You need to have EMAIL marketing preferences checked.

VIP+ INDIVIDUAL price list – for loyal customers

We activate this manually for turnover exceeding CZK 20,000.
You receive individual discounts in the range of 10–25% on most of the assortment.
Does not apply to the purchase of digital products.

DETAILER price list (for professionals)

For professional detailers, we offer a separate price list with individual discounts. To activate it, you need to email us at info@detail-store.cz.

Discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
The option that is more advantageous for you is always applied automatically. For example, if you have a VIP price list but a product is 20% off, the 20% discount will be applied.

Does the discount apply to discounted products too?

The discount does not apply to promotional items and clearance sales.
