PPF film has a special self-healing layer on its surface that uses heat to “heal” minor scratches on its own. Harsh chemicals or unsuitable wax can weaken this property over time, so it’s worth using products developed specifically for films.

Gyeon Q2M PPF Wash – car shampoo for PPF films

A pH-neutral car shampoo designed specifically for washing PPF films. It gently removes dirt without damaging the film’s surface finish or self-healing layer, unlike regular car shampoos designed primarily for paintwork.

Gyeon Q2M PPF Maintain REDEFINED – sealant for PPF films

A sealant applied after washing that restores the film’s gloss, helps repel water and dirt, and extends the time between washes. Ideal for regular maintenance between more intensive protection treatments.

Gyeon Q2 PPF EVO – ceramic protection for PPF

A ceramic coating developed specifically for PPF and vinyl films. It provides longer-lasting protection, a more pronounced hydrophobic effect, and deeper gloss than a standard sealant, making it ideal as a final layer after installation or a thorough film cleaning.

How to use the products together

The foundation of regular care is washing with PPF Washshampoo, with a refresh of the gloss and protection in between using PPF Maintainsealant. For longer-lasting, more durable protection and a higher gloss, apply PPF EVOceramic coating once. It complements, rather than replaces, the two previous care products.
