Several days of buildup, greasy road film and traffic grime can put ordinary active foam to the test. RRCustoms Bad Boys Traffic Film Remover is an extremely powerful alkaline concentrate for touchless pre-washing that helps loosen stubborn dirt before a wash mitt touches the paintwork.

With dilution ratios ranging from 1:10 to 1:100, you can easily adjust the cleaning power to the level of dirt. When used correctly, it delivers more effective pre-washing, less dirt on the paintwork and safer hand washing afterwards.

When active foam alone isn’t enough

Traffic Film Remover is used as the first cleaning step before applying active foam or contact washing. Its highly alkaline formula penetrates greasy buildup and helps loosen dirt from paintwork, plastics, glass, rubber parts, door sills, wheel arches and the engine bay.

It is also useful for cleaning the engine bay and other heavily soiled areas. The less dirt left on the surface before hand washing, the lower the risk of spreading it across the paintwork.

Cleaning power tailored to the level of dirt

For regular pre-washing, we recommend a dilution ratio of around 1:20. You can use a stronger mixture on heavily soiled areas, while a higher dilution is suitable for regular maintenance or more delicate protective coatings.

At dilution ratios above 1:20, the product is also suitable for ceramic coatings and durable synthetic waxes. However, a solution that is too strong may weaken wax protection, so always adjust the concentration to the surface type and level of dirt.

Directions for use

1. Shake the bottle before use.
2. Dilute the concentrate with water at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:100; for regular use, approximately 1:20.
3. First rinse the vehicle with a pressure washer to remove loose dirt.
4. Apply the solution from the lower parts of the vehicle upwards.
5. Leave to work for no more than 5 minutes and do not let it dry.
6. Rinse the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer, then continue with contact washing.

Important notice

This is a highly alkaline concentrate with a pH of 14 and must always be properly diluted before use. Do not use it on a hot surface or in direct sunlight, and test the product on an inconspicuous area before the first application.
