How to proceed:

• log in to your account (by email), select the order and choose "Request a return", or use this link,

• carefully pack the goods, enclose the order number and account number (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery),

• do not send the shipment cash on delivery.

Important:

• the return period is 14 days from receipt of goods,

• the buyer pays for the return shipping costs,

• we return the money within 14 days of delivery of the returned goods or proof of shipment.

RETURN OF GOODS - complete terms and conditions

If you are a consumer and you purchased from us via the e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.

PERIOD FOR RETURN OF GOODS

The period for withdrawal from the contract is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.

• The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

• Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

• We recommend sending the goods with the possibility of tracking the shipment.

WHEN WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY

We will refund the money no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, but not before we receive the returned goods or you prove that you have sent the goods back.

We return the money in the same way we received it, unless we agree otherwise.

IN WHAT CONDITION CAN GOODS BE RETURNED

Returned goods should preferably be:

• complete,

• undamaged,

• without signs of excessive use,

• including accessories that were part of the package.

The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled in a way other than what is necessary to get acquainted with their nature, properties and functionality.

WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible, especially for goods:

• modified according to the customer's wishes or for their person,
• which was irrevocably mixed with other goods after delivery,
• in sealed packaging that has been removed from the packaging and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,
• a product that contains an electronic license or a digital product,
• if the nature of the goods or applicable legal regulations exclude it.
