How to proceed:

• write to us at info@detail-store.cz that you want to return the goods,

• attach the order number and account number,

• carefully pack the goods,

• do not send the parcel cash on delivery.

Important:

• the return period is 14 days from receipt of goods,

• the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer,

• we return the money within 14 days of delivery of the returned goods or after proof of their dispatch.

GOODS RETURN - complete terms and conditions

If you are a consumer and you have purchased from us via the e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

GOODS RETURN PERIOD

The period for withdrawing from the contract is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

If the order was split into multiple deliveries, the period runs from the date of receipt of the last shipment.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH RETURNS

1. Inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
   You can write to us at info@detail-store.cz.

2. Carefully pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport.

3. Ideally, attach:

   • order number,

   • your name and contact details,

   • account number for money refund,

   • information that it is a withdrawal from the contract.

4. Send the goods to the address:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The goods must be sent no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.

• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

• We do not accept consignments sent cash on delivery.

• We recommend sending the goods with tracking.

WHEN WILL WE REFUND THE MONEY?

We will refund the money no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, but not before the returned goods are delivered to us or before you prove that you have sent the goods back.

We will refund the money in the same way we received it, unless we agree otherwise.

IN WHAT CONDITION CAN THE GOODS BE RETURNED?

Returned goods should ideally be:

• complete,

• undamaged,

• without signs of excessive use,

• including accessories that were part of the packaging.

The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible, especially for goods:

• modified according to customer wishes or for their person,
• which were irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery,
• in a sealed package that has been opened and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons,
• a product that contains an electronic license, or a digital product,
• if the nature of the goods or applicable legal regulations exclude it.
